At One IPTV, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you encounter any technical or sales-related issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If our technical support team cannot resolve your issue within 7 business days, you will be eligible for a full refund. We are committed to making things right and assure you that our services are stable in most cases, with any issues on our end being promptly addressed. Our refund policy covers you in case of technical problems originating from our side.

You are NOT eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Refunds will not be approved if the problem stems from factors beyond our technical control, such as issues with your device, internet connection, or other capabilities unrelated to our technical infrastructure.
  • Refunds will not be approved if you violate our Terms of Service, resulting in account suspension.
  • Refunds will not be granted for the full amount if you have used our services for a significant period. For example:
    • If you have a 12-month (or shorter) subscription and experience a technical issue on our end after 8 months of uninterrupted use—which we cannot resolve within 7 days—you may be eligible for a partial refund covering the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Refunds will not be approved if incorrect connection details (e.g., wrong MAC address) are provided during the ordering process.
    • Once a subscription is activated for a device, it cannot be transferred to another device.
    • If you activate a subscription for one device and later wish to use it on another, you must purchase a new subscription without a refund for the original purchase.
    • Note: Only devices and applications using M3U playlists qualify for switching between devices under the same subscription. Devices requiring MAC codes for connection cannot be transferred, as the subscription is strictly tied to the originally activated MAC address.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we are committed to addressing your concerns as best as possible. However, our refund policy includes a partial refund of 80% of the total amount. This refund amount accounts for various operational costs associated with providing our One IPTV service, including:

  • Data delivery and IPTV content provisioning fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Applicable gas fees for cryptocurrency transactions

We believe in transparency and fairness, and this approach allows us to continue serving our customers while covering the costs of maintaining and delivering our service. If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Make sure to use the same email address associated with your original purchase.
  3. Include your invoice number and MAC address (if applicable).

Important notes:

  • While we strive to process refunds quickly, it may take 21-30 days for the refund to appear in your bank account or card due to processing times by our payment processor or your financial institution.
  • By subscribing to our service, you automatically agree to our Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions—even if you haven’t read them.
  • Our policy is strict but fair, and we carefully respect our customers while expecting the same in return.
